Samsung recently announced the launch date of the most anticipated Galaxy S25 series, which is less than two weeks away. A new leak reveals all the possible specifications of the three products ahead of launch.
The leak, published by Steve Hemmerstoffer in conjunction with Android Headlines, shows all the specs of the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Ultra is the higher-end model and will be powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm chip – the Snapdragon 8 Elite – the same chip found in the recent OnePlus 13 and likely to appear in most Android phones in 2025.

The three Galaxy S25 phones share the same chipset, at least in the US. The Ultra will feature a similar flat display to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, measuring 6.9 inches in size, with WQHD resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
On the other hand, according to the tipster, storage options will include at least 12GB of RAM, and consumers can choose between 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage versions. In addition, the machine will also be equipped with the same 5000mAh battery as the previous generation and support 45W fast charging.
Finally, in terms of optics, the high-end phone will feature a 200MP primary lens paired with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and another 10MP telephoto camera. For selfies, users will get a 12MP shooter.
Based on leaked specs and previously leaked renders, the Galaxy S25 Ultra appears to be a minimal upgrade based on the overall look of the specs, but should see significant improvements in performance thanks to the new Qualcomm SoC.
According to leaked renders, the Ultra’s two shorter siblings, the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, share most of the specs and design. Both models will also be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and have the same storage options as the Ultra model.
The standard Galaxy S25 will feature a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display, while the S25 Plus model will feature a 6.7-inch display with WQHD resolution.
The S25 Plus will have a 4900mAh battery, while the shorter Galaxy S25 will have a 4000mAh battery. They also support 45W and 25W wired charging respectively.
The Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus will feature a triple camera array that includes a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens. Both phones will also feature a 12MP selfie camera on the front.
Other interesting features on all three models include One UI 7 based on Android 15, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3. Finally, here are all the expected dimensions for all three models in the series:
- Galaxy S25 — 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm, weight 162 grams.
- Galaxy S25 Plus —158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3 mm, weight 190 grams.
- Galaxy S25 Ultra — 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm, weight 218 grams.
While these specs look a lot like the real thing, we should take these leaks with a grain of salt until the official announcement at Galaxy Unpacked later this month. Until then, you can check out our Galaxy S25 guide to learn more about what we can expect from this year’s flagship.
