Now Open: W Hotel St. Paul

As we all know, Marriott’s W Hotels brand has been launching stylish new transformations around the world and opening hotels in must-visit cities. These new openings include a major renovation of W New York City’s Union Square and the recently opened W Las Vegas (formerly AccorHotels Delano).
Now, Marriott Hotels welcomes guests to the luxury brand’s newest outpost: W Sao Paulo in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Located in a skyscraper near the Pinheiros River in São Paulo’s southern business district, the new hotel features 179 rooms and suites, dining, entertainment and fun. Marriott said that inheriting the gorgeous design aesthetic of the previous W hotel, the design of the new Brazilian-style W hotel is characterized by creating a “fun and sophisticated environment,” and in the process incorporates Brazilian modernist architecture, bright colors, rich Textures and cultural elements.
All guest rooms are located above the 25th floor, ranging from entry-level Comfort rooms starting at 226 square feet to several penthouse suites, including a three-bedroom suite with over 1,600 square feet.
W Hotel São Paulo brings three new bars and restaurants to the city’s gastronomic scene. The L40 Cozinaha de Latitude restaurant on the 40th floor offers sweeping city views and parallel 16 regional “gastronomic traditions” with cuisine inspired by Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, China, Japan and the United States.
Other dining experiences include Baio Cozinha Sulista, a restaurant offering new takes on traditional southern Brazilian cuisine, and Yoso Bar and Café, a café by day and a Japanese bar by night.

Then, you can enjoy W classic services like the AWAY Spa, which draws inspiration and treatments from Brazil’s various biomes (think: an Amazon rainforest-infused body scrub), swim in the WET Deck pool, and swim in the TechnoGym-equipped fitness center workout center.
If you really fall in love with the W Sao Paulo, you might even decide to stay there.
“W Sao Paulo captures the pulse of Brazil’s cultural energy, fusing local influences with our signature bold, distinctive design,” George Fleck, senior vice president and global brand head of W Hotels, said in a statement. “This opening is a testament to the brand’s commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences that push boundaries while celebrating the essence of the destination.”
