Not one to rest on its laurels, Narwal continues to push the envelope and set standards in the field with its latest flagship robot vacuum cleaner, Narwal Flow. Along with other new releases like the Freo Z10, Freo Pro, and S30, Narwal offers something for everyone. Here’s everything you need to know!
Narwal Flow: Latest flagship product takes automated home cleaning to the next level

Edgar Cervantes/Android Authority
Just when you thought robot vacuums had reached their peak, Narwal raises the bar again. That’s exactly what Narwal Flow, the company’s most powerful flagship product to date, does. With incredible power and a host of industry firsts including the FlowWash mopping system and Deep Carpet Boost, Flow is an advanced all-in-one cleaning solution that completely automates your home cleaning experience. These features include:
FlowWash mopping system with EdgeReach technology
Mops on traditional robot vacuums tend to get dirty quickly, especially when dealing with tough stains. In some cases, you’ll need to manually clean the mop to ensure it doesn’t track those stains to other parts of the floor, while more advanced robots will return to the base station to clean the mop before continuing. Narwal solves these inefficiency pain points with its new and innovative FlowWash mopping system.
The highlight of the system is that the robot now carries both a fresh water tank and a dirty water tank, allowing for instant self-cleaning. The constant cycle ensures that the mop is clean and fresh water is always used, which not only effectively removes dirt but also prevents dirt and stains from spreading to other areas of the house.
The Narwal Flow also uses a track mop with EdgeReach technology, which basically means the mop can easily reach edges and hard-to-clean areas. Narwal Flow’s track mops provide greater cleaning coverage than competitors and eliminate any cleaning gaps that typically occur when using robots with round mops.
The mop also rotates counterclockwise, opposite the direction of the robot’s movement, to provide complete surface contact. This pushes the debris forward to ensure no dirt or debris is missed. Combined with the FlowWash system which provides continuous fresh water, Narwal Flow can tackle the toughest stains with ease.
Deep Carpet Lifting and Tangle-Free Cleaning

Another industry-first feature of Narwal is the innovative Deep Carpet Enhancement feature. When Flow detects carpet, the brush cover will automatically move closer to the ground, creating a high-pressure air zone that raises more dust. The robot also moves back and forth to ensure that the roller brush removes all dust and debris, essentially doubling the dust removal rate of deep carpet cleaning.
Anyone who owns a pet knows the pain of constantly stopping and unhooking the roller brush on your robot vacuum. Narwal solves this major problem with a tangle-free roller brush that features a conical design with angled bristles and rubber strips. This design significantly reduces hair tangles and guides and sprays hair directly into the suction port to prevent tangles.
Likewise, you also get dynamic zero-tangle side brushes that move in an “untangling” motion to release stuck hair and direct it directly to the air intake for quick treatment. Talking about the side brush, it has two bristles, the movable bristles are longer than the fixed bristles. The two are angled and work together to provide a more thorough cleaning. At corners, movable bristles align with fixed bristles for increased reach and better corner cleaning.
With a suction power of up to 20,000 Pa, Narwal Flow can handle any dust, debris and deep carpet cleaning with ease.
Dual AI obstacle avoidance
Narwal Flow is equipped with an autonomous driving-grade AI chip with an industry-leading 10 TOPS computing power, giving you cutting-edge technology for smart and efficient home cleaning. Through dual RGB high-definition cameras, the robot can instantly identify up to 200 objects, thereby achieving intelligent path creation and obstacle avoidance.
While cleaning objects within 1 centimeter, it can cleverly avoid obstacles such as socks and wires to ensure thorough cleaning. The robot can also make on-the-fly cleaning decisions and automatically adjust suction power to handle different types of messes.
8-in-1 multifunctional base station

The Narwal Flow’s many selling points also include an 8-in-1 base station that automatically empties dust, washes and dries the mop, cleans the base, dispenses detergent, fills the water tank, and of course charges the mop. The large 2.5-liter dust bag ensures up to 120 days of maintenance-free operation for a truly automated home cleaning experience.
Narwal Flow will be available in mid-2025.
Narwal Freo Z10 – Premium all-in-one home cleaning solution
